What a weekend!

We had a great weekend celebrating Jamie's 40th birthday!  Mike and Kim (along with Hunter) flew in from Texas and treated the family to a weekend in the Cities!  The weekend started with Jamie and Griffin heading to state wrestling on Thursday, Corey met them later in the day, and at night Jamie and Griffin went to a movie at the MOA.  Griffin sat on Jamie's lap for half the movie...moments like that are so fun since our little boy is getting bigger and bigger.  I got there late on Thursday night after a fun dinner with a friend.

On Friday Jamie went to state wrestling and Hunter, Griffin, Mike, Kim and I swam then went to the MOA for lunch at the Rainforest Cafe and checked out Legoland.  When we got back, Nate and Matt were checking into the hotel!

 Hunter, Matt and Griffin all got snorkel gear--they were so excited!  Griffin did a great job snorkeling and said, "This is so amazing!  This is incredible!" about a dozen times.  I wonder what he'd think if he actually saw fish!?
