Creative Boy

It's always fun/interesting/surprising to see what Griffin comes up with next.  On this day he grabbed a tow rope and had all sorts of fun attaching things, towing things and creating things.  He's such a creative little boy!

Serious about Playing in the Snow

Griffin plays out in the snow when ever he can.  I love to see what he is working on out there.  His latest project involved a paint roller--it actually works to cut up the snow quite well.  He's a creative little guy!

Safety Day

I met Barb and the kids at Home Depot's safety days....we had a blast!  Griffin sat in a Sheriff boat, fire truck, loader and got to climb through a "smoke trailer" that helps teach kids what to do in case of a fire.  When we left I told Griffin we were having a Mommy/Griffin date and that Daddy and Preston were going to have some time together.  Griffin was disappointed, he wanted to bring Preston with!  When we got home he ran up to him right away to give him kisses.  I love that!

Lucky Boy

My mom, Griffin and I ventured off to the cities on a recent Wednesday to look at bridesmaid dresses for Chris and Annie's wedding.  After we found a dress, out plan was to shop, then have Griffin's 5 year old photos taken by my good friend, Mandi.  When we pulled up to David's Bridal, we quickly noticed that Chuck E. Cheese was right next door!  So, our little guy was extra good at the bridal shop so that he could be rewarded with lots of fun games and yummy pizza next door.  Boy, did he have fun!
