Crazy About Socks

When I was doing laundry the other day, Preston kept trying to reach for the laundry basket.  I tipped it over for him and he was giggling like crazy pulling out all of the socks.  Now if I can just teach him how to sort them....

A Few Updates...

We've been doing a few things to spruce up our home, here's one that we got lots of help with! My parents came over and surprised us with a few things, including a freshly painted red door! I love it! I'll post the shutters later!

Fresh Coat of Paint

We had our master bathroom and bedroom repainted....we love how calming the colors are. Now for a little decorating and we'll be all set to relax! The light color in the bedroom is a light brown, it looks a little purple in the photo, so I guess you will just have to see it in person. :)

New Toy Room!

On Christmas Evening, Jamie and I decided to turn part of our loft area into a toy room. It was fun to create a special place for Griffin and he loves it! We hung up the beautiful quilt that my friend Christina made for Griffin-it looks perfect. I planned on putting it on his toddler bed when we made that leap, but now I don't know if I will be willing to take it off of the wall!
