WI Dells!

We had a super fun (but way too quick) weekend with Tawnia, Shane and Vivienne.  The kids loved the water park and it was great to catch up.

Preston adored the baby swings....

 Vivi loved to smile....

 Unless I asked her to!!

Griffin got a slushie in a "coconut", now it's all he wants to drink out of at home!

There was an awesome lazy river, and another little lazy river for the little tykes.

 Preston got a little tired.

Yeah!  Vivi went down the slide!  (She was fine with the GIANT boat slide, bust wasn't too sure about the little slides at first.)

 What a big helper!
 Happy 6 month birthday Preston!!

There was a theme park at the resort, too!  Griffin was sooooo impressed.

 Dear friends.
Giant, giant, giant peanut butter loaded cookie.  We devoured it on the way home.
Griffin keeps asking when we can go to the Kalahari Resort again!

Food!!!

Preston has been enjoying the whole new world of baby food! Here are some of his first bites....

 Griffin wanted to help....
 Messy!!

Delicious Dinner!

We had Jenny, Cory and the kids over for a big crab feast before Christmas.  We wanted to treat them to a nice dinner for the amazing trip they took us on right after Preston was born.  Before dinner we went to the light display in town and watched Elf of the big outdoor screen.  All 8 of us were piled in their van!  Jenny and I had the prime seats in the back row--we were holding Preston and enjoying lots of M&Ms!

Reading Books to Little Brother

Buddies

While we were Christmas shopping, we found an awesome fort making kit, so we went right home and built a big fort in the living room.  Then, Griffin asked me if Buddy (Griffin's name for Preston) could play with him in the fort.  I thought it was a funny request since Preston was only about 5 months old, but figured we'd see if it would work.  I put Preston in the bumpo and they had a blast playing in there!  Griffin gave Preston a sword and claimed that Preston was King of the World.  Preston was all smiles.  It's so sweet to see them play together!!
